It can be so intimidating trying to figure out what your personal style is.
Personally, I have always felt the most “me” wearing effortless and feminine pieces, especially anything with florals (and bonus if it’s blue and white).
It’s so freeing finding a personal style that is your very own, even if it doesn’t necessarily fit into a certain category…or if it’s not as common or on-trend as what everyone else is wearing!
A few things that helped me define my personal style is first: finding pieces that I feel confident and comfortable in. For instance, If I’m wearing a skin-tight dress, I do not feel very comfortable, so I will not spend time buying or trying on this kind of outfit.
Next, defining your personal style in 2-3 words. My personal is: feminine, effortless and classic! Describe your ideal style and the choose pieces that feel true to you and that you see yourself wearing time and time again.

In the past, when trying to discover my own sense of style, and something I’m always assessing and evaluating, I have bought pieces that were on-trend at the time but in the end, didn’t really feel like “ME”.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with buying pieces that are trendy or in-season — but you should ask yourself am I buying this because everyone else is, or because I truly love it and see myself wearing it time and time again?
Doing this, will ensure you’re buying pieces that spark joy! and remember, your style can evolve and change over time! The goal is to have FUN with it and discover what lights you up!
When you find that special piece that feels like it was made for you, everything changes.
You feel more confident and more “YOU”! So why not embrace it?
