The other day, I was craving a refreshing summery drink and I quickly whipped up this delish and refreshing cocktail and it was so simple and tasty! Such a nice summer treat.
P.S. How CUTE are these “bon apetit” embroidered kitchen towels? They come in two other shades, green stripe and red windowpane. I just love the look of them and know that these will surely be coming in handy!
As for the cocktail, I didn’t measure anything, I just eye balled it! Below is a guideline in case you’d like to recreate it as well! Feel free to tweak it depending on your preferences, but I HIGHLY recommend the tajin and salt rim along with the star of the show, Red Clay Spicy Peach Honey!
Refreshing Summer Mocktail/Cocktail Recipe
1/4 Cup fresh Grapefruit Juice
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
1/2 cup of Sparkling Water
1 Tsp Red Clay Spicy Peach Honey
Tequila (Optional)
Salt and Tajin for the rim
Ice
