Doctor D’s Sparkling Probiotic Drink
The other day I was grocery shopping grabbing a few snacks before my boyfriend came over and I thought it would be fun to make us both a little mocktail. I randomly grabbed Doctor D’s Sparkling Probiotic Drink. I got the Pineapple Paradise flavor and oh my goodness, I loved it! My boyfriend and I are now completely hooked!! I am not a fan of soda or sparkling water, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.
Bows & Company Podcast
I love following Emily O & Bow’s on YT and Instagram, and she just released a podcast which is just so fun! So far, the episodes have been her and her sister chatting and sharing what they’re up to this summer. It’s quite funny and entertaining ā nice to have on while going on a walk, working etc. Definitely worth a listen if you’re looking for a new podcast recommendation!
