Here are some must-have beach day essentials for your upcoming beach trips!

A couple of weeks ago my family and I went on a weekend trip to Naples and it was so nice to get away and enjoy a few days of sun and sand.

I find there are always a few tried-and-true beach day essentials that I always pack with me and I thought I’d share them!

Beach Day Essentials

Tinted Face SPF

This lightweight and non-greasy tinted SPF is my sidekick daily and even more so while I’m at the beach. Plus it is 100% clean and nontoxic and it doesn’t leave a white cast which is a must!

Mineral Sunscreen

A good mineral sunscreen is essential! This is the one I use and it doesn’t leave a whitecast.

Book or Kindle

Being at the beach is the perfect time to catch up on reading! I love a hardcover book but the Kindle Paperwhite is also such a wonderful and portable option. I brought this book to the beach with me and it was the perfect summer read!

Hat

This summer, I picked up this sunhat and have worn it on repeat on all of my beach trips as of late. A straw sunhat is my favorite but I also love the practicality of bringing a casual baseball cap that can get wet, either instead or as a second option.

Coverup

My favorite coverup to bring are breezy and comfy white pants like this pair or a classic button up shirt. It’s perfect to throw on over your swimsuit.

Comfy waterproof sandals

I have made the mistake of bringing stylish sandals to the beach that have either gotten ruined or were uncomfortable. These were my go-to sandals this trip and I will be bringing them on many more beach trips!
