Recently, I was on on the hunt for a comfortable and classic pair of everyday jeans that work for any season. I saw a few of my blogger friends share this Perfect Vintage Jean from Madewell and I decided to pull the trigger and order a pair! This is my first pair of the Perfect Vintage style and to be honest there were lots of styles to choose from so it was hard to narrow down my choices!
The reason I went with this style is because the wash is a versatile medium wash that works perfectly any time of year and can transition easily from day to night. Spoiler alert, these jeans are SO comfy and flattering!

An Honest Review of The Madewell Perfect Vintage Jeans
HOW’S THE SIZING?
I find that generally speaking, their Perfect Vintage Jeans run a bit on the larger side. I sized down 1 size from my usual size and they fit perfectly. If you prefer a looser fit, then just stick to your regular size, but be aware it may fit quite Ioose at the waist.
The Perfect Vintage are available in plus, curvy, tall, petite and regular! There is a wide range of sizes for everyone which is great!
ARE THE JEANS PETITE-FRIENDLY?
Yes they’re petite friendly! The Perfect Vintage Jeans come in regular, tall, and petite sizes. For reference, I’m 5’1″ which falls in the petite range of 5’4″ and under. The style I’m wearing here is actually not the petite size but I would still consider it perfectly fine for petites. This jean is supposed to be an ankle length style jean, so I actually decided to return them and exchange them for a petite size.
HOW’S THE QUALITY?
Overall, the quality is fantastic. They hold up so well and fit so nicely! There’s also a nice level of comfort with the denim fabric as it’s not too stiff. They are a bit of a splurge for me personally, but I stand firm behind quality > quantity. If you wear jeans all the time, then these will definitely be worth it!
