Sharing a few of my favorite go-to staples for an easy spring picnic!
It’s officially picnic season here in Florida. With the official start of spring being a few weeks away I thought I’d share some must-have essentials for an easy picnic!
Lately, it seems picnics are becoming more and more common as they’re a nice safe way to get together with friends and family. A few weeks ago I went on a picnic with a friend and it was so nice. We packed a few essentials and it really made for an easy and fun picnic!
Read on for some tips on what to bring along with you for yours.
Easy Spring Picnic Must-Haves
fresh fruit
Nothing beats fresh, seasonal fruit at its peak! I brought oranges, cherries and strawberries and they were the perfect refreshing treat to go along with our snacks and board.
picnic basket
I got this adorable basket a few months ago and I thought “I will probably rarely use this.” But, it turns out I’ve been using it quite a but and hey, why not have this on hand to always be ready for an impromptu picnic especially in the warmer months!
picnic blanket
A pretty blanket is definitely a must! I love a classic striped one like this adorable beach towel, or this fun floral one. It makes it extra fun when you change it up according to the season too. This blue and white block print one is lovely and it’s on my wishlist!
sparkling water or wine
Pack your favorite sparkling water or wine. I love a good rosé or white wine in the summer months! You also can’t go wrong with some sparkling water like classic Pelegrino which I brought along to my recent picnic.
small charcuterie board
Cheese, crackers, prosciutto, jam…what’s not to love? Make a mini charcuterie board filled with your favorites! This will definitely take your spring picnic to the next level. Who doesn’t love a good charcuterie board?
