A versatile outfit that you can wear any time of year is always a plus in my book. Bonus points if it transitions easily from day to night, because there’s one thing I know for sure…we could all use simple tips and tricks to help us look our best during busy weekdays!

This navy blue dress and heels from the Brooks Brothers Red Fleece line is a versatile look that would look great any time of year since navy blue is timeless and season-less. Wear it to work and then swap out your work bag for a clutch and you have yourself an easy and quick night time look!

I also wanted to mention a few details about this look. Starting with the navy blue dress: it’s a smooth and thick satin material (very high-quality) that fits beautifully. Since I’m petite, I found that it runs a tad large so if you’re in between sizes or if you’re petite like I am, I’d size down for the best fit.

Next up are the sling-back denim pumps. They’re the perfect height for all kinds of activities since they’re not too tall. As for sizing, they do run half a size small (at least that’s what I found), so size up half a size for the best fit and comfort.
