Chatting all things beauty today and I’m sharing three tips for keeping your hair, skin and nails healthy all year round.
There are plenty of supplements and beauty products that claim to keep either your hair shiny or provide clear skin and support strong nails. But there are few that cover all three!
Us women are usually on the hunt for a product that can multitask and check many things off our list. 1. Keep it simple
There’s something so liberating about simplicity. Stick to a routine that you feel most comfortable with, and products that make your hair, skin and nails happy! For example, when I find a good moisturizer or a good shampoo and conditioner, I use them through and through because they just work well for me. Find what works best for you, and keep it simple!
2. Drink lots of water
This is pretty much a no-brainer and it goes without saying. However , it’s worth mentioning because I think many of us can drink more water than we usually do! Make it extra fun and hydrating by infusing your water with fruits/ herbs. My favorite is cucumber water!
3. Add a supplement
Incorporate a supplement into your daily routine! Mix the unflavored collagen peptides into any hot or cold drink. I love to mix mine into my morning smoothie or a glass of water! They also have travel-sized packets so that you can sample different ones and find the one that you like.
