What’s In Style This Spring

I am totally swooning over all of the new spring arrivals lately! There are so many new pieces from colorful earrings to sunny dresses, what’s not to love about spring style? I feel totally inspired by them and pretty much want to buy all of the spring things, ha!

A few weeks back, you may remember me asking you which blog post you wanted to see, over on Instagram stories. The choices were spring trends or affordable straw bags, and the popular choice was the first one. However, there were some requests for the latter so I will also be sharing a round up of affordable straw bags soon!

After spending some time perusing my favorite sites, I’ve found some some recurring (and adorable) spring trends that I wanted to put together for you!

Spring Trends

Gingham

It’s not spring without gingham, right? This print is not necessarily a trend, as you might know if you’ve been following along for a while that I’m not big on trends. It’s more of a classic print that will never go out of style! Gingham is especially popular right know because these warm months are the perfect time to wear fun, colorful prints. I love that they add a preppy touch to any look.

Colorful Purses

These colorful purses are so darling. They would make a great statement and add a fun pop of color to your look, whether you’re keeping it casual or dressing up! Opt for a pastel-colored bag like this one for a more subtle statement or go for a bold hue like this one.

Espadrilles

It’s no secret that espadrilles are the it-shoe of spring and summer. Espadrilles are so versatile during the warm months and can be dressed up or down, depending on if you opt for flats or wedges. I got this pair last summer and I am so glad I did! I have worn them plenty of times and they’re so comfortable. See how I styled them here and another pair of espadrilles here. Bright Statement Earrings

Bright and fun statement earrings are a great way to play up your look. They add so much interest and are so fun to style because the options are endless!
