This Spring and Summer, the straw bag trend was everywhere! Although it’s been a huge trend in the last year, this style of bag has actually been around for a while. As Fall approaches, darker hues are making their way into our wardrobe. It’s the best time to switch your light straw bag for one in a richer color. Consider pairing darker-toned wicker bags in shades like olive, navy, dark brown and burgundy with your go-to Fall outfit. These rich hues complement the Fall wardrobe palette, perfectly. Not only do they pair well with many outfits, but they are also very lightweight and easy to tote around.
I purchased this hand-woven one earlier this year and I brought it along on a weekend trip to the beach in July. It’s the perfect size because and it fits all the essentials. This is the first straw bag I purchased but I definitely want to get my hands on a darker-toned one so I can wear it throughout the Fall season.
